How do I reset an email account password?

To reset your email accounts password you should:
- Log in to our billing system
- Click on services
- Click on your active hosting plan
- Click on Email Accounts
- Locate the email address you want to reset
- Click Passwords & Authentication
- Create a new password, confirm it and click Change Password
You will then need to update all devices that have this email account on it with the new password.
